If the Site provides links to other websites, be advised that Clayton Kendall is not responsible for the content of such other unrelated sites. Information We Collect

Clayton Kendall utilizes certain entities to perform specific functions. We do not sell Personal Information or share it with others for advertising purposes.

We do not process payment information. We tokenize credit card information immediately upon collection and send the tokenized information to a vendor who processes the payment on our behalf. We do not store encrypted or unencrypted credit card numbers.

Data Retention

We store information relating to the Site, including any Personal Information collected through the Site, in servers located in Pittsburgh, PA. Unless otherwise legally required, we will delete information after 7 years without further notice to you. We may therefore need to recollect Personal Information if you visit or engage with the Site after that.

Security

We use reasonable physical, electronic and administrative measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized or unlawful access, use, loss, destruction or damage. For instance, to protect the privacy of all visitors to the Site, all sales transactions are encrypted with SSL (secure sockets layer) technology. The servers on which Personal Information may be stored are secured behind firewalls and require login credentials to access. Any disclosure of Personal Information to our service providers is provided only on a need-to-know basis and for the limited purpose of the services they provide. Any sensitive Personal Information, such as credit card numbers, are encrypted upon collection and not stored. Please do not give us credit card information by email as it is not secure.

Unfortunately, data transmission on the Internet can never be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and thus we cannot fully eliminate all security risks connected to handling information on the Internet.

Electronic Communication

When you access the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and consenting to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices via the Site. To help us make emails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open email from us if your computer supports such capabilities. Do-Not-Track Signals

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online activities monitored and collected. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

Children Under the Age Of 14

Our products and the Site are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from, children under the age of 14. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 14 we will delete that information.   • Right to deletion: At your request, we will delete your Personal Information if it is no longer necessary for us to retain it, though we may decline your request if we must continue the processing of your Personal Information to complete orders or to comply with legal requirements.

  • Right to restrict processing: At your request, we will restrict processing of your Personal Information, though we may decline this request if we must continue the processing of your Personal Information to comply with legal requirements.

  • Right to data portability: At your request, we will provide you with your Personal Information in a commonly used format.

  • Right to decide on processing for marketing: You may have the right to opt-out of processing of your Personal Information for targeted advertising, sale of personal data and profiling. However, we do not provide targeted advertising or profiling, and we do not sell Personal Information.

  • Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw any consent you may have previously given us at any time.

  • Right to appeal: Virginia and Colorado residents have a right to appeal our decision regarding a privacy request if it is not provided within 45 days from receiving your request. We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please also note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related messages from us, we may still send you important administrative messages as part of your ongoing use of the Site or our services.
